John Cinti, principal and lead designer
With over 17 years of architectural design and owner representation experience, John Cinti is the principal and lead designer for John Cinti Designs, LLC, and lead designer for May River Development, LLC. John has in-depth knowledge of CAD and provides full-scope interior architectural design and detailing, material specifications, construction management, and complete project supervision for design projects.
Having worked on high-end residential projects in the San Francisco Bay area, and resort living communities such as Jackson Hole, WY, Lake Tahoe, CA, Bear Valley, CA, Sun Valley, ID, Palm Springs, CA, and Bluffton, SC, John understands the relationships his clients have with their homes and the environments where they live, and is able to meet the design needs of any client with any specific design aesthetic. John applies an “inside/out” design philosophy to his design projects where he focuses on the design interactions between the inside and the outside environments, and makes an intentional commitment to the relationship between the two, not merely designing each independently. Traditionally form follows function, but with the “inside/out” philosophy, form no longer strictly follows function and instead is designed to interact, reflect, and engage with the interior as well as the external environment.
John has a proven track record of designing bespoke homes with custom features for one’s personal lifestyle. He designs with an understanding of realistic construction parameters and implementation capabilities as well as adhering to realistic budget requirements for a project.
