A Historic Woodside California Property
The home was built by James A. Folger in 1905 by the son of the founder of Folger's Coffee Co., who bought the property in 1902. The property was part of a 1,000-acre estate owned by Simon Jones, a former Texas Ranger. The majority of remaining property was deeded to San Mateo County and became Wunderlich Park. The new owner was incredibly committed to returning the home to it's previous historical condition, while still making much needed improvements and updating.
